2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) from the time the order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.
3. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location, the size/weight of your order, and the shipping method you select. Available shipping methods include:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-8 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-4 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery within 6-27 business
Shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: $10 for orders under $100, free for orders over $100.
- Expedited Shipping: $14.99
- International Shipping: $20
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you did not receive a tracking email or if you have any questions about tracking your order, please reach out to our customer service team at info@sonshade.com for assistance.
5. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, Sonshade is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or factors beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or customs processing.
- If your shipment is delayed, please check your tracking information for the latest status.
- For international orders, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures.
If you experience significant delays, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Sonshade is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make a change to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sonshade.com.
7. International Shipping
For international orders, please note the following:
- International shipping may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs policies vary by country, and you should contact your local customs office for information on any applicable fees or restrictions.
- Sonshade is not responsible for customs delays or for any issues related to customs procedures.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is shipped, the delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. In the rare event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance with filing a claim or tracking down your package, please reach out to our customer service team at info@sonshade.com.
9. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at info@sonshade.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or refund.
10. Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@sonahde.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
